Policy 1 out of 1

Please read our Institutional Terms and Quality Standards.

Agreement required for access to the LMS.

1. Introduction

Welcome to our Learning Management System (LMS). By accessing this platform, a student/user agrees to comply with the quality standards and security protocols established to maintain institutional excellence. Access to training programs is conditional upon user’s agreement to these terms.

  • Students are required to complete initial signup and login to the Mentora platform using the device they intend to utilize throughout the duration of the course. At the time of first login, the system will record and store the originating internet protocol (IP) address, because for the entirety of the enrolled program, access to the Learning Management System (LMS) shall be restricted exclusively to that recorded IP address.
  • By signing up for any course on Mentora (the “Platform”), the student / user agrees to these Terms & Conditions and Policies.
  • Agreement is one-time i.e., at signup time and applies to all courses enrolled thereafter.
  • Country-specific rules may apply depending on the student’s location; students are responsible for compliance with local laws.

2. Eligibility

  • Students / users must provide accurate personal information during registration.

  • Enrollment is restricted to individuals legally permitted to undertake professional/academic training in their jurisdiction.

  • The Platform reserves the right to verify identity and academic credentials.

3. Security and Access Control

To ensure the integrity of our academic programs, the following security measures are active:

  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Students / users are required to set up and use MFA for every login attempt.

  • IP Restriction: The system will detect and store user’s internet IP address upon their first login. For the duration of the program, they will only be permitted to access the LMS from this specific IP address only.

  • Concurrent Session Limit: User’s account is limited to one (1) active session. Attempting to log in from a second device or browser while a session is active will result in an automatic logout or account suspension.
  • Account Integrity: Access is granted only to the registered students which is exclusive, limited, time bound and non-transferable; sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited and may lead to permanent expulsion from the program without a refund.
  • Course delivery: Courses are delivered via a hybrid EdTech model (live + recorded sessions, physical classes, assignments, resources, assessments, or any other method deemed suitable).
  • Confidentiality: Students should create a strong password and must keep their username and password secure and must not share account credentials with anyone.
  • Unauthorized Access: Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the LMS, user accounts, or course materials is prohibited.
  • Immediate Notification: Students must report any suspected breach of account security to technical support immediately. Any disruption in performance of LMS should also be notified by students. Furthermore, any intended change in IP address should be notified to Mentora before the attempt of log-in.
  • Inactive Accounts: Accounts that are inactive for a long period (e.g., 3 months) may be closed upon discretion of the organization.
  • Downloadable Material: Any material allowed by the organization to be downloaded would remain under custody of user / student, even after the expiry of subscription or completion of course from the platform for indefinite period of time.
  • Restriction on access: Mentora reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to LMS, to areas of LMS and/or to functionality upon LMS. For example, suspend access to LMS during server maintenance or when we update the system or Course Content.

  • Phase One: Access to Phase Two is granted only upon passing the First Grand Test. Student may repeat Phase One multiple times until a passing grade is achieved.

  • Phase Two: Failure to pass the Final Mock Tests after completion of phase two studies allows for one (1) free repeat of Phase Two. Subsequent failures will require a full program repeat (Phase One + Phase Two) at a discounted rate provided via a unique discount code.

  • Certificates issued upon completion of individual courses within the Program are intended solely to facilitate the student’s progression to subsequent courses in the prescribed chronological sequence. Such certificates shall not be construed, presented, or utilized as evidence of academic qualification, professional eligibility, or recognition outside the scope of this Program, whether for academic institutions, licensing bodies, employers, or any academic or non-academic organizations.
